Dear Nikola, The free version of the Easy Appointments works fine on the laptop version. However, on my mobile phone it is not responding. After selecting the date and time, name, email etc cannot be entered.  I have also tried the standard versio instead of the bootstrap version, but it is still not responding. I use the customizr theme. When I tried another themes, e.g. 2017 or 2016 theme from the Wordpress, it still did not work.
