when trying to create many irregular connections for the availabilities of workers at locations, it is currently difficult to keep an overview and some situations need a lot of effort. Here are some suggestions to simplify this:
- Some kind of calendar view and editing possibilities within the calendar would simplify the process, especially if connections need to be added and updated regularly.
- When adding repetitive weekly connections, it is not possible to exclude particular days, e.g., holidays, vacation, etc.
This is a great new feature idea. In my own case i need to have different available dates for the services. Let’s say a worker is free on a certain day/week and this happens with all the workers in the whole year. And if you have a bunch of workers you have to invest a lot a time in management.
Instead, you could have in the Connection section multiple Dates to select.
E.g.: Worker X is available from 1 Jan to 31 March, from 1 May to 31 Sept and from 15 Oct to 31 Dec.
This way you could set the available dates from the beginning of the year for the whole year and anybody can get an appointment at Worker X on the dates he’s available.
I really hope this feature will be easy to implement and to ne available soon.
