We operate nursing homes for the elderly in Germany and so far there has been a ban on visits. This is now gradually being relaxed. We use your tool to cope with this rush. However, we have to limit visits. The visits are the services. Is it possible to limit the number of possible visits? So one visit a week?
Or in other words: a visit can take 30 or 60 minutes. In the first step, only 60 minutes per week may be visited, later 120 and 180 minutes.

Would that be feasible?

Hi Arne, you can set different time for visits. Treat that as different services. Only thing that is not supported atm is limit one visit per week. How you would track that? By visitors email or mobile phone? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Arne, there is special callback ea_can_make_reservation that can be used for checking if appointment can be made. If you want I can create a code snippet to solve your case. :) Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, so I understand correct?
When I’m using callback, the person who gets the reservation-request-mail has to confirm the mail. Then the visitor gets his fixed time-slot?
