  1. Twilio is for paid version only, right? 
  2. Can Twilio SMS can send "reminder" text message? for example, if today is 3/5/2019, customer has a new confirmed appointment at 4/1, will Easy Appointment send text message 1 days ahead to remind the customer? 
  3. Text sending and receiving charge fee is an extra cost and will be charged at my own Twilio account, right?

Hi Sheng, 1. Twilio integration is part of paid version (Extension plugin) that will work on top of free EasyAppointments plugin. 2. You can set time when you want to alert customer via SMS like 1h before appointment or 24h 3. It's within Twilio so each SMS has own fee there on your account. Best regards, Nikola
