Confirmations emails not being sent to visitor / customer

Hi I am having problems with emails not being sent to visitor / customer. I tried to register on the forum so I could post on another topic, but was unable to register. I have the same error showing as the person on this thread has posted: https://easy-appointments.net/support/email-issues/ Please could you also let me know what might be causing the confirmation / cancellation and other emails to be sent to the visitor/customer.
