Need to change the name of Worker on front end form. Client will not like "Worker"

first of all, set your wordpress to your desired language in general settings, then go to the EA plugin files, find languages and edit your language file in POEditor.

Hi Jim, you can change label for that inside EA Settings > Customize page. Best regards, Nikola
