Change date format in client confirmation and hiding links in workers confirmations

Hello!
I'm looking for a way to change the format of the date for the client confirmation, intead of having the format (month/day/year) I would like to have it like day/month/year
Another thing we need that the confirmation email ,the one that a worker receives, does not have the link to cancel the appointment. However, the admin is a worker as well but in his appointments he wants to get that link in the emails. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Jorge, is that format that you have set inside Settings > General page inside your WP Admin page?
