Support forumCategory: QuestionsCalendar not showing if not logged in and form not working

I’ve been trying easy appointments for a few days, and I noticed that the calendar/form looks different if I’m not logged in (as any user would do), and also is not showing the calendar itself, neither the time slots. If I’m logged in as administrator, everything works fine: it asks only for the category of appointment, and let me book a day/time. If I’m not logged, it asks me to select also worker and location (which in my case is unnecessary) but is not showing the calendar at all and neither let me enter any personal information on the form. 
What am I doing wrong? thank you!
