Bug with email notification

Hi, first thank you for the great job very usefull application, i use the plug in on wordpress, i just have a problem,i get no email notification , i think i did the configuration as it must be done, could you please help me ? thank you

Hi Mike, you need to have custom field inside form called Email. Also can you tell me your's customers can't receive notification or admin /employee? One more thing can you please check tools page and see if there are some errors regarding emails? Best regards, Nikola
