This is a big problem. I set up Easy Appointments for a massage therapist and the times can absolutely NOT overlap.
Settings -> General -> Multiple Work/Shifts is turned OFF.
So on a day there is an appointment from 19:06 – 20:01. But it’s still possible to book 18:33-19:28 on a different appointment. So that appointment won’t be finished yet when the next appointment starts.
Please tell me this is fixable and not a bug. Else I will be forced to go for a different booking system.

Hi thanks for the link. Overlapping in that case can happen if you have more than one slot per time. Can you please make that booking and then open Reports [old] page in admin part select that service and see if there are overlapping bookings (marked black in report).
Hey it’s for 2 different services. And also the Reports [OLD] Section is empty? See screenshot below:
I have made a connection for each part of the day (Morning, Afternoon and Evening).
Each connection has number of slots set to 1 and repeats weekly.
Also Is working is set to ‘Yes’.
Can it have something to do with this?
There are ~40 services in total.

Hi, there should be no problem regarding other services and how many they are other services. Problem could be selection for option called “Busy slots are calculated by same”. First option inside EA Settings > General page. Can you please check what is selected there? Should be worker because massage therapist can do only one customer at the time.
