Hello, I'm Daniel, I want to buy the extend version of EA but I want to check first if it suits all our requeriments: We are a company which aims to easen management for personal trainers with their customers. One of the features we need is the booking system. We want those trainers to have personal individual calendars at our website (each one at their personal space), therefore any of their customers can select free slots in the calendar, the trainer accepts the appointment (eg. via mail) and they sync that time onto their personal Google Calendars. We also want the trainer to have the possibility to select which times won't be free to select. Would it be this possible? Thank you in advance,

Hi,   you can do that with extension plugin :) . Its simple just share all personals Google calendars with one Google account that will be connected with EA. Do you have cron settings on your hosting for example if you have CPanel there is like CronJobs section etc? Just check that it should be there. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.   Best regards, Nikola

Hello Nikola,
Thanks for the quick anwser.

Regarding to what you say… what we need is to sync multiple Google Calendars with EA, so if I’m understanding well, is it only possible to connect a single Google account (ours) to EA plugin?

In that case, how could we show properly each calendar just to the customers/trainers who are meant to see it? Without messing up all the calendars together.

That is, Customer no1 enters into the personal space from Trainer no1, and choose among the free slots from his timetable. Then, Trainer no1 receives somehow a notification which has to accept, and then, both Google calendars (customer and trainer) shows that appointment synced. Would it be this possible, right?

Sorry for the questioning, I just wanted to be sure I understand the proceeding before purchasing.

Regards,
Daniel

Hi, one more thing don't be scared by those bit words :) . If you don't know what it's the cron it's just a scheduling system that should be part of every web site hosting. If your WordPress site is not right now connected to the cron it's just a couple of minutes of setup and it's covered by official WP documentation.   Best regards, Nikola

Hi Daniel, regarding this question :
That is, Customer no1 enters into the personal space from Trainer no1, and choose among the free slots from his timetable. Then, Trainer no1 receives somehow a notification which has to accept, and then, both Google calendars (customer and trainer) shows that appointment synced. Would it be this possible, right?
yes, this is possible with EA extension plugin. Here are more detail's on how it can be done: You two trainers and each has it's own Google Calendar. Both trainers share those Google calendars with your Google Account so you can also manage those two calendars. Then you connect your Google Account with EA so it can sync Google events from both trainers. Inside settings you need to connect each calendar to particular trainer. You can see how it's done on this two image :   so if trainer 1 goes to his own calendar and fill one event. That will be synced back to EA also if customer select that trainer 1 and create event on you site same event will be written in trainer 1 Google Calendar :) If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Also I will add additional images and documentation regarding Google sync so it will be more clear. There is only one limitation, sync back from Google Calendar will take only events that starts and ends within same day. Best regards, Nikola

Hello again Nikola, Thank you for the detailed anwsers. We think that it actually does fit our requirements. Another question regarding to this: I can't find in the website how often do we have to make the pay of $39. Is it a monthly billing, yearly, a one-time purchase...?   Thank you, regards.

Hi, for $39 you will get a one year of updates. You can continue using it after that one year if there aren't some breaking changes for example if Google change usage of Calendar API. In that case you will need an update. Best regards, Nikola
