Support forumCategory: QuestionsAppointments which have happened show as cancelled

Appointments which have happened are sometimes showing as “cancelled”.
It’s not always, only sometimes.
The customers actually do come (physically) and leave.
One has forwarded me a cancellation email they got.
I checked the web logs, they didn’t click cancel.
If I look at the previous bookings, there are many in a cancelled state.
I can’t think why… Thanks for your help.

Hi, sorry, the person I look after the website for is asking for an update. Can you think of anything that would cause this behaviour?
