Appointments which have happened are sometimes showing as “cancelled”.
It’s not always, only sometimes.
The customers actually do come (physically) and leave.
One has forwarded me a cancellation email they got.
I checked the web logs, they didn’t click cancel.
If I look at the previous bookings, there are many in a cancelled state.
