Appointments automatically being confirmed even though we have it set to pending

We set our appointments to pending so we can confirm. This was fine until about a week ago. Now appointments are automatically being confirmed even though we have the setting on pending.

Hi Barry, maybe link inside email is trigger by mail server. Can you please try to remove Confirm link from email template and see if that still is the case?
