appointment to be booked only once

Hi... I would like an appointment to be booked only once. How do I do this? I have a confirmed booking and yet the appointment can still be booked by someone else. How can I do that? Thank you.

Hi, I will need more info about settings in your case. Do you allow only one booking per day or pay time slot? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, thanks for your reply. I would like one booking per time slot. Example: Thursday, 15.02., 15.00 I offer an appointment for 30 minutes. Once this has been booked, it should no longer be bookable. The other appointments on this day can still be booked. Ideally, the selection will then disappear from the calendar. Is that possible? Hi Frank, that is easy thing to setup. Just make sure that you have one slot per time and that free slots are calculated per provider.

I also have this problem too. I want one time slot to be available for only one booking for all services. With number of slots set to 1 there is only one bookable appointment per service, but I'd like to apply it to all services.

Hi Viktor, if you have one service provider then you need to have selected option to calculate busy slot per provider (worker). By doing that it will block all other services. That is the case if you have one slot per time.
