Appointment ID not consecutive

We cannot see all the appointments. Fo example, after Appointment 103 it jumps to 124 and then to 128. Is there a place to see the complete sequence: 103, 104, 105... Apparently some numbers get lost somewhere. Are the missing Appointments having another status, or is this refferering to the abandoned appointments? We are affraid we are losing somewhere some appointments, which means business. Thank you.

Hi, that can be the case if you are using Auto-reservation option inside EA Settings > Customize page. Best regards, Nikola
