Dear author,
I like this appointment plugin, but after submitting the form,
(1) the form is not refreshed automatically, the old data about the name, email etc is still there.
(2)and the email : 2359990375@qq.com is invalid in this form, there is no message was sent to the 2359990375@qq.com, but gmail and outlook mail are good.
please help me out. thank you so much.

Hi John,
yes within same browser form data will be saved between Appointments. That is default behaviour.
