Hello, currently the admin gets an email when the appointment is made, and then another once the appointment has been confirmed, is there a way to turn off the second email so there is just one to confirm or cancel?

Hi, you can leave that email template empty if you don’t want for example to send pending email. Just clear that in EA Settings > Customize page.
