Hello I tried the twilio app with easy app and there is a problem with the area code. Customer has to put the area code besides his mobile phone number. I searched the forum and informed twilio about your answer that they should do something with the API and they answered that it is definetely the app designers job and that they cannot help. Please make this happen so the customer can put his mobile number only and not the country code eg for Greece +30. How should he know? The twilio integration is useless without that.

Unfortunetly recognizing a numbers country code is not part of our API. And to pre-code a set country code (IE hard code) it into your application you would have to build this yourself, without using the designers application.
This won’t be something you can do via a setting with twilio. As were are an API, a set of subroutine definitions, protocols, and tools for building application software, we are the building blocks for applications not one ourself. So any customized behavior would need to be coded and built, such as on this developers end

Hi Dimitros, can you please tell me you want from your customers inside mobile field in form to put only local number without +<something> part?

Best regards,
Nikola

Yes , +30 is Greece’s international code and is needed in the mobile field in order twilio to work.
But the customer will only put is mobile phone.
So we must find a way to place the +30 in the mobile field automatically.
I cannot tell the customer who makes the booking, please put your mobile number with the international code +30 , it is not proffesional and it is troublesome.

I talked with Twilio and they cannot help. You must find a way if possible to automatically enter the prefix +30 in the telephone field so the customer can afterward write his mobile number without being able to delete the internation code.
Otherwise sms is not sent without the international prefix

The country code works like a charm now! Thank you NiKola Waiting for the sms  ID integration feature( the country code was much more important though) Keep up the good work
