Add timer/schedule feature for when form would work

Hi,
I was wondering if you could include time/schedule for registration form to work function.
Ex.: Form only works from, let's say, 10/03 9am. to 10/10 3pm.

it can be done but this is first that was requested such thing. Maybe it can be combined with some existing solutions?

Should work with 12-hour and 24-hour clocks (I assume just use WordPress time() func.)
