Could it be that the plugin after installing it multiple times doesn't want to change the submitted information, I change it but you see that it changes and if you click elsewhere and come back to it shows the old information.

Hi, you are talking about Appointments page inside WP Admin part? Can you please see if there is any error inside browser console? Best regards, Nikola
