Hello, We noticed that there is an option for the status of \'Abandoned\' but there is not an email template that we can edit for the email notifications. IF an admin changes the status to \'Abandoned\' an email is sent to the end user. We need to be able to edit this email to ensure that the right message is communicated as the default message in the body of the email is simply \"mail\". Please advise how we can edit that email. Thanks!!
