Abandoned bookings showing as taken.

My bookings went live this morning and two have been made which I can see in the backend Appointments. However 4 slots are being shown as booked so I am assuming that two have been abandoned.
In the appointments table the booking id starts at 25, 26 is missing but 27 is showing.
I am wondering what I have done wrong

When looking at the two booking timings, it seems that the previous slot is also being showed as booked i.e. the two slots confirmed are at 16:00 and 16:30. However the slots immediate to both (15:55 and 16:25) are also shown as being taken
