A problem with confirmation emails
Hello, we have a problem related to sending confirmation emails. Once the user requests an appointment, they do not receive the confirmation email. We have all the options activated for confirmation emails to be sent. We've gone over it several times and it still doesn't work. How can we make it work?
Hi Luis, can you please check if you can get any email from your site? Also please check Admin part Tools page under EA section for email log records? Best regards, Nikola
