Only two of my three service types are appearing in the calendar service selection dropdown.

I have three Services types created. I have then made three Connection types built as well - one for each Service type.
However, on the webpage in the drop-down menu at the top of my calendar, only two of these Service options are available to be selected.
How can I fix this?
