Hi Nikola, I've had a few customers recently who have booked appointments longer than a week ago and they have forgotten the appointments.  I send out the ICS link so people can add it to their calendar, but here we are still. I see the question has been asked many times and wonder if there are any future plans to add a reminder X days before appointment which just sends out a reminder.  I think this would be a really useful function and adds an extra level of care to an automated system. Hi Chris, you can send reminder within a day via Email. That is part of Extension plugin. In messages tab select mail as platform. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola, many thanks for your quick reply.  I found it in the end under messages.  I was thrown off initially as it said SMS but then found the email.  It works well, my only comment would be to consider for email reminders being able to format the reply would be useful.  I understand no formatting for SMS, but it has taken my nicely laid out reply and turned it into a block paragraph.

Hi Chris, that make sense to have HTML editor for it. :) Well you can use html but you need to add <p></p> etc.

Yes enabling the html editor would be useful. I assumed I could use html so inserted break line commands in 🙃 Many thankschris
