Hello,

I can choose avaible time but I couldn\'t fill the personal information fields. It was working before but i couldn\'t fill now. Why exactly could the problem be caused? Thank you

Looks like you have some caching issue there. Can you exclude that page from caching?

I have the same issue. I tried to clearing the cache on my browser. It is still not working. I tried from another device (iPad) and it still does not work. Can you please help?
