I noticed that if we use WooCommerce, the appointment will be scheduled before payment, thus payment can be avoided. Is there a way to solve the issue? Also we would like to know how the customer refund works, if the user already paid for the appointment but wants to cancel it, is there a system for that?

I would appreciate some help here.

I was actually justa bout to comment this. We are having the same issue. People are booking and leaving before they have a chance to be redirected to the cart page.

Please let me know if you find a fix for this. I’ve been trying to get some help for the past few days.

Hi, by default EA makes Appointment in pending state, after checkout is completed it will then set that to be confirmed state. If you want you can set default appointment status to be reservation so it will leave those events active for 5 minutes and then turn it to cancel state. Best regards, Nikola
