use current logged in user data sa default value for custom field

I hate to ask about something that should probably be very simple but I'm having trouble understanding statement above that is in the Docs.
What goes into the Custom Form Fields Default value? For instance, Type Phone? or any other Type. Thank you,

Hi, that value is predefine value when you open the form from logged in user. You can make that value static or dynamic. If you want to support EA best is repurchase :)
