Twilio is not working

Hi there, I have installed all of the relevant Twilio information, updated the php file, adjusted the CRON using Cpanel.  I tested SMS from Twilio itself & it is working, just no integration &  still have no SMS activating for appointments MADE on my site. I am at a loss??? Please help.

Hi Carol, have you follow instructions from this page: https://easy-appointments.net/documentation/twilio-sms-setup-tutorial-for-extension-plugin/ Also you need to define templates, empty templates will be ignored. Do you receive SMS after creating an appointment? You should get one right away and one as reminder if you have select the time for that option. Best regards, Nikola
