Testing this on your site here. If a user fails to click the "I agree to Terms and Conditions" checkbox, they can still pay with PayPal, but their time slot will fail afterwards with the validation error. So the user is charged with PayPal, but has no appointment scheduled. The form validation should not allow the PayPal to be clicked until the after the validation is okay.
