incorrect time format in FullCalendar since 2.13.5

Before this update time_format="hh:mm" made 20:00 display as 20:00. Since the 2.13.5 update it shows as 8:00 (not 8:00p) which is very confusing. In the settings and the form it still displays as 20:00. In WordPress settings > general we have H:i and 00-24 for EA.

I know, I already had that attribute time_format=\"hh:mm\" I just discovered that I have to use time_format=\"HH:mm\" now. That solved it.
