We are having an issue where our store is getting over run by walk ins, who book an appointment at the front door to "beat the system" of having an appointment.  While we can handle some of this, we would like the ability to delay an appointment.  Meaning:  We'd like to prevent a customer from being able to book at that moment, and would like to only offer them appointments starting 1 hour later than when they are trying to book.  Is this possible?  Thx
