The canceled email send to admin looks like a reservation mail. It is not the canceled mail that is sent to the customer?! tnx Dirk (Hensema)

Hi Dirk, that depends on settings. You can send same email to admins also. Best regards, Nikola

I have the same problem. Can you tell us what we need to do to make the admin or worker understand that this is a canceled appointment?

You have the status values inside template. You can add that to mail subject or mail content.

good morning Nikola,
I don’t understand where to make the changes.
My client will need to get the premium version to be paid with paypal. I said this plugin is the best, I don’t want to change for this problem.
Can you take screenshots or a video of the steps to take?
