Support forumCategory: QuestionsSync back working for some calendars but not others

Hi, I still cannot download the error log file (previous unanswered thread) but now I have one google calendar synced with 7 sub calendars linked to workers.  If I create an event in Google calendar this pulls through for six of them but one it does – they are all mapped the same!? 

Any ideas – this is causing havoc at this time of year with people moving appointments!

I stand corrected, some are syncing back some aren’t – I don’t know why. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason.

This is quite urgent if you wouldn’t mind looking ASAP.

You have user to the site which I emailed to your gmail account when you wanted to look at the error log but I don’t think you ever did. The address is
