shortcode for worker see the service inserted ( or worker calendar)?

A service has been inserted for each worker, is there a shortcut to see only the worker service or your calendar? i whant the worker see all your services in the website.Google calendar it's the only way? is it possible to have an annotation field, for worker insert a comment on each of the services?

Hi,
you can have default value inside calendar you user can see only one worker and his/her calendar. Check it here Predefined selections.
Regarding Google calendar sync is both ways and you can have annotations but Workers will have to fill that from admin panel. You can have values that are not visible in form.
