I copied the short code and placed it in the content of one of my pages, but the form is not showing up when I preview it. Only the short code is visible. What am I doing wrong? https://easy-appointments.net/responsive-single-column-layout/

Hi, do you have some kind of visual editor on theme? Like Divi or other? You need to add that as short code block and then put that value inside [[ea_bootstrap]].
