Service duration 3min and slot step 3min

Hello there, I am trying to create a service with 3 minute duration but the system doesn’t accept a 3 minute slot step. easy appointmens 3.5.2
wordpress 5.7.2 Any ideas?

Hi Nikos, lower limit is 5 minutes. We didn't think that anyone could have interest to book things that are like in slots less then 5 minutes between. Best regards, Nikola

In the previous version of the plugin, I was able to choose 3 minutes slots.

Is there any way to achieve this again? Maybe by adding some code or something?

That limitation was added recently. We can change it to 3 minutes instead of 5 if you want to wait couple of days?

I have to prepare my timetable tomorrow and the only thing I miss is the 3 minutes slots 🙂

I totally understand though. I guess I can use the previous version of your plugin. I just can’t transfer the services, the employees etc, right?

If you have access to DB you can change there slot step to 3 minutes.

Inside _ea_services table there is column with slot_step value, just alter it there.

I did alter in the DB the slot time of the specific service I wanted, and now it is OK.
