I’ve noticed thet, after cancelling an appointment, the time slot it is not released. How can I achieve this? I’m using the plugin for the appontments made by the staff as well as the visitor on the page

Hi, that should not be the case. Maybe there are over booking on that slot? You can check that in Reports > Table Overview section.
