My question would be how can I prevent clients to schedule an appointment for more than once. I set up the basic settings but it still doesn't work properly. Whichever option I choose ("more work" on / off) the customer can still book several times for a one-time slot. I have the latest version of the plugin. One worker, one place, and 3 types of services.

Dear Nikola,

Thanks for the reply. No, the main problem is that:

– We have one worker (Clinic)
– One place (the address of the Clinic)
– And 3 services (all of the services are delivered at the clinic)
– All of the services should be bookable, but only one at a time slot.

The problem is that now, I can schedule any number of services on the same time slot for example 10 patients for 10:00 am. But we have only one nurse to do the job.
I would like to set up Easy Appointments to be able to schedule appointments for all 3 services but only 1 of them for each time slot.

I have checked and unchecked the “work” checkbox in Easy Appointments, which is for enabling or disabling multiply scheduling at the same time for one slot, but it is not working for me.

So that is the problem that I have faced, and what I need help with.
