I just installed plug in and connector.  Calendar seems to be working to select a time, but there is no “make appointment” button showing or when I select option to require Paypal, no paypal shows either.  We are using Divi theme and i tried it with and without Divi builder:

I have tried testing in different browser, incognito window, clearing cache.
