Dear support, I've seen this question before but I couldn't find one with an answer.  The popup data window of the fullcalendar is without content.  How do I fix this?

Hi Mario, did you turn on public access option inside EA Settings page for full calendar? Best regards, Nikola

Yes, public access is turned on.  As a test, I used this code in the pop-up: {= link_confirm}. The popup stays blank though.  You can't select anything in the pop-up, there is simply no data.
