How can I solve this asap? The user is getting an email notification, but no emails to admin or worker. The settings have been set properly, but this feature is not working.
can you please tell if there are error inside Tools tab regarding email? Also can you create temp access to admin panel just to take a look at settings?
I have done the simple test on your site and I have received admin email after adding my email to list of users that will received notifications :
that is the email that worker and admin in your case should received. It’s not the same as email that will customer get. 🙂
Please remove my temp access account.
