Hi,
new version is here :) there is a new feature added there. You can now auto populate form fields for bootstrap version with url params if those two match.

A bigger update that would help would be the ability to remove or disable some of the database entries such as ip. Also the ability to purge select appointment history and all appointments base on a dates like all before Jan 2016
