Is it possible to make a version of this where the Worker sends a meeting request to the client and in the email they can approve, deny or set a better time for the meeting? OR it can take them to the site to set a meeting time that more convenient for the client.  I am in a Business to Business field and I usually have to call on my clients to set up a meeting (appointment) when I am in a certain city during a certain time.

Hi Robert,

that sound’s like no easy task. Current system can maybe support customer having email when admin creates appointment and it can be confirmed by clicking on the link inside email or canceled. But nothing more then that.
