Is it possible to add a ‘lead time’ to appointments?  For instance, require that the guest make the appointment request a few days in advance.

Hi Don, there is option called Block time that will prevent customers from making appointments if there is less then X minutes. You can find that option inside EA Settings > Customize page 🙂
