we are having issues manually adding appointments on the backend of the website in EA. 
It works through the standard bookings side, where customers make appointments through the website, but not when I try to manually add them through the dashboard.
Is this due to the licence limitations we have in place? Will upgrading enable this to work correctly?
please confirm.

Hi Jason, if you want to upgrade you are always more then welcome :). But you should be able to create Appointment from admin part in any case. Looks like some kind of error there. Can you please check Browser Console if there are some errors during creation of Appointment?
