How does the booking work?

Good Afternoon,
I hope you can help me.
I’m working for a company, in which we use Office 2010 with Exchange 2010. I would like to know if there is a possibility that this Calendar has a function that enables the booking of meetings, just like it’s possible in Microsoft Outlook?
It should be possible to send a notification to everyone that should come to the meeting (should be sent as ics file or as ical for easy import in outlook). I hope you can tell me if this is possible with this PlugIn. Best regards
