Emails not being received by customer or admin

The emails were working a day ago, but they don't work anymore. Any suggestions?
There is an email field, I have checked the checkbox to send emails, but emails aren't being sent, but no error logs appear.

Hi, maybe mail server blocks receiving part. Please check EA Admin > Tools page and see if there's any error regarding it. Best regards, Nikola

Is that log file somewhere in the filesystem? Tools page does not load for me at all.
