Is there a way to add in the user-entered info in the email message with some sort of shortcode or merge tag? For example: Hi {Name}, Your appointment for {date} at {time} is pending. We will notify you when it has been confirmed. Thanks!

Hi Harrison, yes there is for all data from appointment. Just click on that question mart next to it. There is a whole list of fields. Best regards, Nikola

I have a similar question, but regarding custom form fields, for example i wish to display in the admin email the users email and phone number. In custom fields they are as email and phone, but using #phone# #email# doesn't result in any data?

Hi Chirs, those values are based on custom form fields. If you have field with phone name then you can use #phone# tag. You have list of available tags below template editor.
