Different slot times block timeslot when should be available

I have 3 services. 2 are 30 min with 30 min slot step. 1 is 20 min with 20 min slot step. 1 location, 1 person.
PROBLEM: When someone chooses the 20 minute service they can e.g. choose 10:30 as starting time. So blocked from 10:30-10:50. If the next person chooses the 30 minute service, the 10:50 is not available (while rest of day is free), but only 11:00. How can this be resolved, without putting all slot steps on 10 min.

hi, in your case you need to select slot step to be 10 minutes for all three services. By doing that you will allow booking at 10:50 because slots will start on each 10 minutes. Also I would suggest that you use option to show both start and end time in calendar instead of just starting time.
